Turning interiors on their head

Heads & Tales is Edinburgh’s latest gin tasting experience is set to bring a little something different to Scotland’s trendy cocktail crowd.

As a collaborative project this was a joy to work on alongside the team at The Rutland Hotel and Edinburgh Gin Company. We certainly learnt a thing or two about gin during our research but at least we were thorough. The end interior resulted in an ingenious use of old oak barrels and copper pipe to create a truly unique venue.
